Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide and standard shipping is free to every country.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 7-12 business days to the US and 10-20 business days to most other countries after your order ships. Busy holiday weeks can add a few days, so please order early for Christmas gifts.

Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering.

Lost or late packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will help, including a reshipment or refund where the parcel is confirmed lost.

Customs and duties
Some countries charge import duties and taxes on delivery; these are the customer's responsibility.
