We ship worldwide and standard shipping is free to every country.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will get an email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 8–15 business days from the day you order. Busy holiday weeks can add a few days, so order early for Christmas gifts.
Priority Shipping
If you add Priority Shipping at checkout, your order is packed and handed to the carrier first.
Shipping Protection
If you add Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, email us at turboglow@gmail.com within 30 days of shipping and we send you a new one free.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking link by email once it ships.
Customs and duties
Some countries charge import duties and taxes on delivery; these are the customer's responsibility.
Wrong address or lost package
Please double-check your address at checkout. If your tracking has not updated for 10 days or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at turboglow@gmail.com and we will help, including a reshipment or refund where the parcel is confirmed lost.
