We ship worldwide and standard shipping is free to every country.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 8–15 business days from the day you order. Holiday weeks can add a few days.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
Customs and duties
Some countries charge import duties and taxes on delivery; these are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at turboglow@gmail.com and we'll help. Orders with Shipping Protection get a free replacement if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.
