14-day returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition, complete with all parts, in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Email us at turboglow@gmail.com with your order number. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
